Tan and his gorgeous family welcome you with open arms and traditional Vietnamese food at The Green Tea House.

Like a hug from mum, the homemade dishes are cooked with care and dedication by a family team who love to showcase traditional food and recipes passed down through generations. The Green Tea House Vietnamese menu has 52 items carefully curated by Tan himself, who opened Green Tea House three years ago. A young entrepreneur, his warm greeting and attention to detail is long remembered, even after you take your last bite of his delicious authentic Vietnamese food.

We asked Tan to meet us of lunch to take us through some of his favourite dishes.

ENTREE 

Must try Bo La Lot. Grilled beef wrapped in wild betel leaf $8.90. These cripsy beef morsels are perfect for a starter. beef

The unique and delicious Chim Cut Nuong. Vietnamese BBQ quail marinated with lemongrass and spicy herbs $8.90. Best eaten with your hands! quail

The best bite sized entree is Bahn Khot .Traditional mini rice pancakes with shrimp, minced pork and herbs $9.90.

DESSERT & DRINKS

For the sweet tooth try The Green Tea House Vietnamese Xoi Nep Den. Black sticky rice pudding served with coconut milk and toasted peanuts $8.90. Mai’s special recipe topped with a coconut sauce.
