is a compact food market, convenience store or mini-mart.
This local new corner might be compact, but there is so much to discover on the shelves inside. Owner of Superette Coffee & Provedore, Georgy, is a passionate South Australian food lover who wanted to showcase small South Australian producers, and provide a place for the locals to pick up a coffee, a bite to eat, or take home a loaf of freshly baked sourdough.
Georgy loved the heritage listed building, and has created a European feel in the heart of The Bay. Superette is an ode to the corner store of yesteryear, where you can drop into Georgy’s pantry, grab a coffee and some ingredients to create something magical in your own kitchen.
FOR A QUICK BITE there are salads and soups made fresh daily as well as seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese and local produce. For the sweet tooth, organic gluten free banana cake or cinnamon scrolls and a range of fresh pastries and cakes from Abbotts and Kinney.
COFFEE LOVERS REJOICE! The coffee is locally roasted by D’Angelo, and can be enjoyed with your choice of BD Paris Farm, Bonsoy or Milk Lab milks.
